CIVIC RESEARCH INNOVATION PRIZE

A precursor to MetroLab’s already established Student Cup competition, the Civic Research Innovation Prize presents an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students from MetroLab Network member colleges and universities to pitch innovative ideas for civic research projects that they would carry out in partnership with their local government agency or community partner.
Three top scoring projects will be awarded $5K each in grants to execute their ideas
Live pitch competition judged by a panel of local government staff, community partners, and academics from MetroLab Network's membership
Opportunity to join MetroLab Network's Civic Research Network
The Civic Research Innovation Prize is open only to students from across MetroLab Network's member universities.
