Wildfire, floods, extreme heat — the effects of climate change are disrupting our lives amid a pandemic and we must take aggressively action. In November 2021, the City of Glasgow will host the 26th UN Climate Change Conference (COP26). This session will activate MetroLab members as cities and universities collaborate on net zero planning and carbon reduction, and contribute to the global effort to address climate change. The session will feature representatives from the City of Glasgow and University of Glasgow leading COP26 efforts locally. We will be asking MetroLab members engaged in carbon reduction and climate-related projects to share lessons and plan for the future.
This roundtable is for MetroLab members only. Members will receive an invitation via email. To request another invitation, send us an email.
