MetroLab Network is a non-profit organization in Washington DC driving positive change to communities by way of supporting partnerships between local governments and universities. We believe building an ecosystem that combines research with doers brings tremendous impact. As MetroLab grows over the next 1-3 years, we seek a leader within the organization to focus on strategy and effectiveness.
The Senior Operations Manager is a critical role that oversees MetroLab’s administration, human resources management, and operational duties. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

You must be authorized to work in the United States.
Salary levels are dependent on a candidate’s experience, with a range of $100,000-$120,000. Position includes paid-time off, employer-sponsored health care, dental, and retirement account.
