The MetroLab team will automatically transfer all existing registrations to the new conference dates. If for whatever reason you are no longer able to attend, please contact the MetroLab team at to process a refund/cancellation or to transfer your registration to a colleague. We will reopen registration in a few weeks once we have an update on figures.


Discounted admission ($250) is available for non-profit and government attendees. Free admission is available for one attendee from each MetroLab Network member city, county and university. Please email for more information.


The MetroLab team is working with the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel again to set up a NEW hotel room block. Details will be available soon for you to sign-up and confirm a spot in the block. Please note that even if you had a reservation with the block for the September conference, you will need to sign up again. Spots will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.




For those eager to book flights to Atlanta, please note that the official program will commence at approximately 8:00 am on Wednesday, December 13 and conclude around 5:00pm on Thursday, December 14. We’ll likely gather for a pre-event happy hour on Tuesday, December 12 (~7:00pm) which will be optional for those flying in that afternoon/evening.
